My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, intercultural communication, coaching, and emerging technology. I design learning experiences, facilitate conversations, and translate research into practical tools leaders can use when giving feedback, managing conflict, building trust, making decisions, leading through change, and working across cultures.

I believe effective leadership is not about relying on one preferred style or having all the answers. It is about understanding yourself, reading the context, listening with curiosity, and adapting your approach to the people and situation in front of you.
