These terms apply to Hermes Google Workspace, a private automation tool used by Unpack Leadership.

Purpose

Hermes Google Workspace is used for private, internal workflows involving Google Workspace accounts and data that have been explicitly authorized by the account owner.

Authorized use

The application may be used only by authorized users and only with accounts and data for which appropriate permission has been granted.

No public service commitment

Hermes Google Workspace is not a public software service and is not offered for general public use. Features, availability, and workflows may change at any time.

User responsibility

Authorized users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the application complies with applicable laws, organizational policies, and Google Workspace permissions.

Limitation of liability

The application is provided for internal use on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Unpack Leadership is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the application or its use changes.
