This privacy policy explains how Hermes Google Workspace, a private automation tool used by Unpack Leadership, accesses and uses Google user data.

Information accessed

Hermes Google Workspace may access Google Workspace data that the user has explicitly authorized through Google’s OAuth consent process. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include Google Drive files and other Google Workspace information required to perform the user’s requested workflows.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to carry out authorized internal workflows, such as retrieving approved files, processing information for research or operational tasks, and supporting automations initiated by the account owner.

Hermes Google Workspace does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Google user data is not sold to third parties. Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the requested workflow or where required by law.

Data storage and security

Authorized credentials and workflow data may be stored securely on systems controlled by the account owner for the purpose of maintaining the authorized integration and completing requested tasks. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect access credentials and stored data.

Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for the relevant workflow, operational record, or authorized integration. The account owner may revoke Google’s OAuth access at any time through their Google Account security settings.

User control

Users control access through Google’s OAuth consent process and may revoke access at any time.
